Property Confiscations Soon?

The Norwegian government sent 13,500 letters to citizens, informing them "preparatory requisitions" may soon be necessary for defense in war;  confiscating their homes, vehicles, boats,  machinery, etc.

WEF and its minions promoted their New Economic Order and Financial Reset with:

"You'll own nothing, and be happy!"

When they take our stuff, will we be promptly & fairly compensated?

For example, if I'm still paying the new car loan when they take my new car, will they pick up (or cancel) my payments for the car they took?  

Alternatively, am I stuck, continuing to make monthly car loan payments for a car I no longer have?

Is Norway the only country polite enough to warn their citizen about what soon comes?

Is Normay a fearmonger?

Time will tell.
