Canada's COVID-19 Explosion

COVID-19 is exploding in Canada.  Everybody needs to prepare themselves for what soon comes.

If you didn't here the "Ka-Boom", don't worry, it's coming.  Due to some poor choices by our leaders, and an apathetic response by Canadians, it's too late to stop it.  It's baked into the cake.  It's all over but the crying.

Theses conclusions might be dismissed as scare mongering if there is no proof to substantiate them.  Where's the proof for the alarming conclusions stated above?

Figure 1 shows the exponential growth rate in PCR testing in Ontario for COVID-19.  You have to be specially approved to get this testing, with adequate clinical signs, so this limited testing resource isn't wasted.

The doubling time averages around 5 days at present.  This is equivalent to a 14.4%/day  inctease in COVID-19 testing.  Doubling time allows us to more easily see expontial increases on a linear graph with maximum detail shown.  Doubling time of 5 days means the number doubles and re-doubles again every 5 days.

For example, if you started a new job on Jan. 1st at the Ontario Minimum Wage of $14.00/hr, but your wage doubled and re-doubled again every 5 days, there would be 17 doublings (365/5= 17), so by Dec. 31 of that same year your hourly rate would be $1.32226262E+23 per hour ( ie. $132,226,262,000,000,000,000,000.00 per hour), which is way beyond a million, billion, trillion; it's in the octillions.  You must have a very powerful union representing you.  The whole Earth's GDP in 2018 is $835 Billion.  In one millisecond, you earn all the Earth's GDP for 432 years.

Do you see the problem of COVID-19 test doubling every 5 days?

In Figure 2, we can see the cumilative number of people reported as COVID-19 infected in Ontario.  Again we see a 5 day doubling time. on average for the last month.

Epidemiologists suggest that the virus will burn itself out once 70% of the population is infected.  At that point, it's difficult for the virus to find its next victim.

Ontario has a population of 14.57 million, so 70% is 10.2 million infected.  Currently, we have 858 people infected.  The number of doublings required is 13.537 [ln(10.199 million/858)/ln(2)= 13.537].  At 5 days per doubling, that's 67.68 days from today, or June 2, 2020.

Now do you see the problem of a 5 day doubling time for COVID-19 infections?

Ontario has 15% of people who smoke. The  COVID-19 CFR (Case Fatality Rate) for smokers is estimated at 30% to 60%, maybe higher.

COPD, asthma, high blood pressure, cardio-vascular disease, kidney or liver disease, HIV-AIDS, immuno-suppressed persons, and the elderly also have high CFR's.  Public Health Ontario said (see https://www.publichealthontario.ca/-/media/documents/cdburden-report.pdf )

  "50.9 percent of adults and 65.9 percent of youth reported having two or more
chronic disease risk factors, and only 12.7 percent of Ontario adults and
7.3 percent of youth reported having none of these risk factors (using different
risk factor definitions for adults and youth)..."

 Based on the above, I estimate the dead & dying in Ontario on June 2, 2020 will likely be 357,000 people.

Canada lost 60,000 soldiers in WW1, and another 40,000 in WW2, and Ontario is only 39.4% of Canada, so COVID-19 appears ready to kill 9 times more Canadians than these two wars. 

If this alarms you, good.  Hopefully, you will now realize the dire situation we are in.

You see the devastation in China, Iran, and Italy.  Canada is currently on the same flight path, ready to crash & burn at the same airport as these 3 previous countries.

Alternative Plan "B"

If you don't like the risks described above, there is only one alternative.

God has promised to protect &/or heal all those who truly believe in Jesus Christ, love God, and obey God's Commandments.

Psalm 91 (see  https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Psalm+91&version=KJV ) describes how 1,000 people will fall on your left, and 10,000 will fall on your right, yet the disease pestilence will not touch you.

Please note that this Psalm 91 promise is only valid for True Christians.  It is not valid for luke warm Christians, strange sects that pretend to be Christians, and so-called Christians that use human-based religion and dogma not found in the plain reading of the King James Bible (no more, no less), or do not endorse all of God's 26 Commandments for Christians (10 in OT, 16 more in NT).  In other words, Psalm 91 cannot be relied upon for Roman Catholics, Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses, Christian Scientists, Charismatics, Evangelicals, etc.

Faith Healing

Faith Healing can work.  Faith Healing works as described and promised by God.  The rules, and how to get Faith Healing for yourself &/or your loved ones are described here.

When Blogging about the Wuhan COVID virus epidemic, I promised info on Faith Healing for the Christians and non-Christians who get sick.  Here is the info you need.

Satan's Fake Cures

Be warned that Satan deceives many people by fake "healing" and fake ceremonies that may partially work (or seem to work) until Satan stops deceiving you.

For example, if you offer Satan an opening by your sinning, Satan has the power to make you sick or injured.  Knowing you are more vulnerable, worried, and fearful while sick or injured, Satan may send one of his demons (or a human deceived by Satan) to offer you "spiritual healing".  When you accept Satan's "spiritual healing", Satan stops making you sick, so you naturally start to heal, mend, and get better, but a coincidental timing is created in your mind, falsely convincing you that Satan's healer helped you.  You then pay attention to Satan's fake healer, so Satan is able to lead you away from God more & more by deception.

With millions of people already desperately sick from Satan-inspired evil (eg. smoking, drugs, atheistic loss of purpose which creates depression & suicide, vanity, narcissism,  pornography, sexual diseases (STD, HIV, AIDS, etc.), immorality (fornication, adultery, homosexuality, trans-sexual, paedophilia, LGBTQ+, etc.), hedonism, obesity, chronic diseases, laziness, Satanic distractions (sports  gambling, music, movies, video games, etc.), loss of physical fitness, junk food, adulterated foods, toxic chemicals, charlatan remedies and fake medicines, etc.), there are many who seek Satan's fake cure.

Satan will likely offer fake solutions to the Wuhan COVID corona virus 2019-nCoV as he has done for all other diseases, so be careful to rightly divide the good from the evil.

There are evil people in this world, those who are not sealed by God, those who break God's Commandments, those who hate God, those who blaspheme against God, and those so deceived that they deny the very existence of God.

Satan has the power to make evil people sick, or to kill them.

Therefore, by analogy, be wary of anyone who secretly throws poison into your drinking water well, then kindly offers to sell you the antidote to their poison at a huge, eternal price.

Most (and the most difficult to detect) are likely fakes who pose as Christian Faith Healers.  They are motivated by profit for their personal wealth, empire building; not by God, nor God's Word, nor helping you with your illness.  For more info, see Pastor Justin Peter's YouTube video link provided below.

Holy Spirit Inside All of Us

The Holy Spirit is born inside all humans from our conception (ie. The spark of life).  For those who do evil, the Holy Spirit inside them is more and more abused, ignored, grieved, and diminished as their evil grows more & more, and ungodly bad habits are established.

The Holy Spirit is our conscience,  the small voice inside us, given to us by God, that tells us right from wrong.  The word "conscience" comes from Latin ("con" means with, and "science" means knowledge, so "conscience" means "with knowledge"), so everybody knows right from wrong, through their conscience.

Healed by Faith

We are healed by our faith.  Without faith, their is no healing through God.  Our faith is neither an energy source, nor a force, nor a person, nor a spirit.  Our faith is likely best described as an attitude, a free-will choice. 

If we choose to have faith in the power of God to heal us, and also have equal faith that God's sovereign choice may be to only partially heal, or delay healing (ie. later in this life, or possibly not till the next life in Heaven), then our faith is not mis-placed, for we are correct in one of these cases.

Having faith does not mean that you are guaranteed perfect health on a continuous basis.

Of those healed by Jesus (see Mark 1:40, 2:3, 5:22, 6:53, 8:22), there was often desparation, no other true, alternative, all other possibilities had already been exhausted.  God has compassion for those who put all of their trust and all of their faith into God.

Also see Mark 10:52, 2 Tim 4:20, 2 Tim 4:7-9, Gal 4:13, 1 Tim 5:23, 2 Cor 4:3-4, and 1 John 5:14.

Evil Vibrations

Eventually, a person's evil can become so large, and if they continuously ignore the voice of the Holy Spirit acting as their conscience, and ignore that the Holy Spirit inside them shrinks more and more, then eventually the Holy Spirit can no longer tolerate these terrible conditions indwelling in a sinner, and the Holy Spirit disappears completely from evil people.  At that point, they no longer believe in right or wrong, they no longer have a conscience, they are only interested in power, pride, and evil desires.  At that point, evil people see all other people as being in one of 3 categories:

• Those aiding their evil desires, or
   
• Those blocking their evil desires, or
   
• Those who are the raw materials for using and abusing as the evil one pleases, as the raw material for fulfilling their evil desires.

As someone ignores God, and starts to do evil, they become different inside on a spiritual basis.  

As an analogy, it's like they start vibrating at a different frequency.  They are no longer perfectly tuned to God's powerful transmitter of love, good, and righteousness.  There is noisy static on the receiving end, due to the receiver's tuning knob having been turned, so the receiver is off from God's transmission frequency.  However, the failure to communicate is double ended.  If someone has drifted off from God's frequency, God can no longer hear that person's prayers, because that person's life is tuned to the wrong frequency.

As an example in today's world, there are dozens of different frequencies that are monitored 24/7/365 as the International Mayday frequencies on every radio band (AM, FM, VHF, UHF, digital, etc.).  If you're in trouble, you need to tune to the Mayday frequency, and broadcast your message of distress, then help will soon come to rescue you.  The Coast Guard and all other Emergency Responders monitor their Mayday frequencies continuously, 24/7/365.  They don't spin the dial on their radios, wastefully searching for emergency distress signals on any and all frequencies and bands, in case someone doesn't know the right frequency.  Emergency Responders wait patiently on the known, defined Mayday frequencies, awaiting your distress call.

It seems to me that God does it the same way.

God could tune into that evil person's private broadcast of evil, but God chooses to stay on His standard, published frequency, and wait patiently for that evil person to discover the downside of evil (through the natural consequences of their evil), and choose to return to righteousness, to return to God's frequency of goodness.

Therefore God does not hear the prayers of evil humans.  God does not hear the cries for help coming from evil people.

For those who are only partially evil, who still have a a little bit of Holy Spirit within them (ie. they still have a conscience), their Mayday signal is weak, and it's a little bit off frequency, so there is a lot of static on their Mayday distress signal.  In spite of that (or because of that), God may (or may not) respond immediately, or may not respond at all.  However, God continuously listens on God's standard frequency of good.

True Christians

For True Christians, who have fled from chronic sin (ie. iniquity), when they pray to God for help, God hears their full strength signal loud & clear, immediately and perfectly, with no static nor delay.  

However, God may choose to respond with a different solution that what was prayed for, or delay His help, or not respond at all, for there are important reasons that this reformed sinner, now a righteous True Christian, must suffer through this situation.  

It may be the building of experience or strength for the True Christian, or as an important lesson to be seen by those other people around that True Christian, or many other reasons known only to God.

It is suggested that as soon as an evil person stops doing evil, it seems that their body's natural frequency will naturally and automatically shift back to God's frequency, and God can perfectly hear what that reformed person is saying and praying to God.

Satan's Limited Powers

We know that God has limited the evil powers of Satan.  In some special cases as described in the Bible, in the Book of Job, Satan is permitted to make righteous people sick.

It is suggested that Satan can do as he pleases with evil people, who don't believe in God, who violate God's Commandments on a chronic basis, and those who are workers of iniquity.

Sickness of Sinners Like You and Me

We have all sinned.  There is nobody who is righteous, no not one.  Therefore, all of us can become sick, and remain sick through our chosen life of evil.

All saints have a past.  All sinners have a future.  Just because you are in one camp today does not mean you are stuck there forever.  You can change.  You can become more & more righteous, and less evil.  No matter how far away you may have wandered away from God, God is just one step behind you, ready to accept you and help you as soon as you stop walking towards Hell, and turn around to face God.  You can be healed.

Today's Medical Knowledge

Any honest medical doctor will tell you that as much as we know today through science, we have almost no idea how things really work in full detail.

We don't know why some people get sick, yet others in the exact same circumstances do not become sick.  We know that time is often a better healer than the best doctor or latest miracle drug.

We also know that miracle drugs, chemical, & scientific breakthroughs (eg. Thalidomide, DDT, antibiotics, Crispr Cas-9, nuclear power, etc.) always have unintended consequences and hidden costs (ie. birth defects, poisoning the environment, cancer, antibiotic resistance, Superbugs, nuclear bombs, chemical weapons, bio-terrorism, etc.).

We know that the Placebo Effect (ie. the power of our mind, or God's Holy Spirit working through our corrupt & evil mind) can cure about 70% of all medical conditions.  It is suggested that the other 30% are likely so out of tune to the Holy Spirit, or have been so evil for so long, they are denied God's cure until they change their evil ways.

In summary, we know almost nothing about God's world and His beautiful, complex designs.

If you are sick today, or are afraid of becoming sick tomorrow, there is only one true cure:  return to God, and the protection of His Commandments for righteous living.

True Christians are Protected &/or Healed

The following gives you sufficient information to get started on your cure through God.  To take full advantage of Faith Healing through God, you need to become a True Christian.

You are a True Christian if and only if all of the following are true:  you are a Born Again Christian who fully believes in Jesus Christ; you have unconditional love of God; have been baptized by full immersion; have confessed your sins; repented your sins; forgiven those who trespassed against you; asked for God's forgiveness of your sins; turned away from sin; turned towards God; asked God to cleanse you; fully surrendered your life, mind, body, soul and possessions to God; asked Jesus to come into you; obey God's 26 Commandments for Christians; and removed all iniquity (pre-planned, premeditated sin) from your life.

Psalm 91 briefly explains what God does for His True Christians.  Psalm 91 also describe who can (and who cannot) rely upon God's protection and freedom from disease.

If you are not a True Christian (see above), you are a luke-warm Christian, or pagan, or atheist, or agnostic, or Muslim, or something similar.  In this case, you need to be VERY WORRIED about the Wuhan COVID 2019-nCoV virus, for you likely have no protection coming from God.

If you refuse to become a True Christian, I suggest you implement the mortal, human medical precautions mentioned here ASAP.  This may protect you long enough for the fear of God to change your mind, and you eventually repent your sins.

All of the following info on Faith Healing is likely null and void, and likely of no effect, or of reduced effect, for those who do not believe in God, or choose to continue living an evil life of chronic iniquity, or are not True Christians.

If you have fully implemented all of the following with no positive effect, I suggest you revisit God's 26 Commandments for Christians (see above), and follow the instructions found therein, then repeat the following Faith Healing instructions.  I am confident that you will then likely  receive the salvation and healing which you seek.

Remember that Daniel, one of the most righteous persons in the Bible, had to pray multiple times per day as well as fast (no food nor water) for a full three weeks before he was able to receive God's answer to his prayers.  Daniel never gave up, nor lost his faith in God.  Read the Book of Daniel to find out the surprising reason why Daniel had to wait so long, and pray so hard, to get his salvation.

How to Void God's Health & Faith Healing

Taking Holy Communion while in an unworthy state, can cause physical health consequences of weakness, sickness, and/or  untimely death.

God's Sovereign Will

God always  retains His sovereign will to heal, not heal, or delay your healing (later in your current mortal life, or during your eternal life in Heaven).

You are unable to twist the arm of God, forcing God to heal you now, or in the way you want to be healed.

Sometimes, your suffering is required for improving you, or those around you.

 1. They come when our thinking about You and the world are off

 5. God also uses our time of troubles and pain to gain our attention and dependence on Him.

Hank Reckman's Summary of God's Faith Healing

Rule 1.) It is never God who fails to heal. But it is always man who fails to receive the healing God offers. This works on the same principle as the CBC [Radio, public broadcaster] sending news and me receiving it.  If there is something wrong with my receiver (radio, TV) or if I turn the receiver off or to another sender, I cannot blame the CBC for not sending the news.

Rule 2.) Your faith is your receiver. In MAT. 9:22, MARK. 5:34, 10:52, LUKE 7:50, 8:48, 17:19, 18:42. Jesus says to people who are healed, “thy faith has saved thee, or thy faith has made thee whole”. Jesus also said, “all things are possible to him who believes,” MARK. 9:23.  If the car won’t start, you do a diagnostic test to find out what is wrong and then fix the problem. When you do not receive the healing God offers, do a diagnostic faith test to find out what is wrong with your faith and then fix it.

Rule 3.) The healing God offers is mental, emotional, physical and spiritual and God is not a respecter of persons [ie. God does not have favoritism], ACTS 10:34+35. So, the healing like salvation, that God offers is for everyone.

Rule 4.) As faith comes by hearing God’s word, ROM. 10:17, we need to study God’s word (the bible) to receive the faith we need.

Rule 5.) All God’s blessings we receive through reading (studying) God’s word (law) meditating on it and obeying it, JOSH. 1:8.  Please note the last point, obedience, without doing what God tells you to do, you may not expect any of God’s blessings.  Your ability to receive God’s blessings depends on your willingness to study and obey God’s word.

Rule 6.) HEBR 11:6 says “God rewards those who diligently seek him.”  DEUT. 4:29 says, God will be found if you seek him with all your heart. See also 2 CHRON. 7:14, 15:2 Jesus also says:   seek and ye shall find, MAT. 7:7, LUKE 11:9 and seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things (including health) will be added unto you”, MAT. 6:33.  To seek God diligently or to seek him with all your heart means you make a 100% commitment to do God’s will (obey God’s instructions and commandments.)

Rule 7.) You study all the miracles of healing, Jesus did and then because HEBR. 13:8 says “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever”, you expect him to do the same for you.

Rule 8.) Jesus is the healer, so you must turn your eyes upon Jesus, who suffered and died on the cross, so you might be healed, IS. 53:3-5. JOHN 3:14 says: as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so the son of man (Jesus) must be lifted up so everyone who looks to him may have life.” In NUMB 21:8+9. Israel had sinned, and people were being bitten by poisonous snakes and were dying. God told Moses to make a bronze snake and put it on a pole (this is the symbol of the medical profession) and everyone who was bitten by a snake (Satan-sickness) and looked to this bronze serpent lived (was healed).

Rule 9.) Meditate on scriptures like EX. 15:26, “if you obey my commandments (all 10) I will put no diseases upon you ---, for I am Yahweh (the Lord) who heals you”. PS. 103:3 “bless the Lord who forgives all your iniquities (when you confess them and repent) and who heals all your diseases”. PROV. 4:20-22 “my son pay attention to my words (obey them) for they are life and it will give health to all your flesh”. Please note it starts with bless the Lord, God wants you to rejoice, give thanks and praise him, even before the healing and deliverance are manifested see ACTS. 16:24-26, 2 CHRON. 20:18-22.

Rule 10.) Faith speaks, ROM. 10:10 with the mouth confession is made unto salvation”. MARK. 11:23 “have faith in God, for really I say unto you, that who so ever shall say unto this mountain (sickness) be thou removed and cast into the sea; and shall not doubt (get rid of doubt, JAM. 1:6+7) in his heart but believe that those things which he says shall come to pass;  He shall have what so ever he says.” God creates all things by his word, GEN 1, you create your own health by your own confession when you make sure that confession agrees with what God says. (PS. 103, IS. 53: 3-5).

Rule 11.) Remember rule 1. God offers healing to everyone there may be other reasons (sins) why a person has not received healing, write me and let me do a diagnostic faith test, so we can find out what that reason is. Remember there is hope, God loves you and desires to heal you.

Wuhan Corona Virus 2019-nCoV has now been declared an international health risk (a pandemic) by WHO.  The following provides the information you need to know.

Should you be afraid?

True Christian, or something else?

You have nothing to worry about if you are a True Christian.

You are a True Christian if and only if all of the following are true:  you are a Born Again Christian who fully believes in Jesus Christ; you have unconditional love of God; have been baptized by full immersion; have confessed your sins; repented your sins; forgiven those who trespassed against you; asked for God's forgiveness of your sins; turned away from sin; turned towards God; asked God to cleanse you; fully surrendered your live, mind, body, soul and possessions to God; asked Jesus to come into you; obey God's 26 Commandments for Christians; and removed all iniquity (pre-planned, premeditated sin) from your life.  Psalm 91 fully explains what God does for His True Christians.

However True Christians do not tempt God, nor test God.  Isaiah 26:20-21 says:

Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.

21 For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

If something bad happens because your faith wasn't as strong as you thought, you may need Faith Healing.

You're Not a True Christian ?

If you are not a True Christian (see above), you are a luke-warm Christian, or pagan, or atheist, or agnostic, or something similar.  In this case, you need to be VERY WORRIED about the Wuhan 2019-nCoV virus, for you likely have no protection coming from God.

The easier & better way is to become a True Christian.  The End Times judgements of God are designed to scare you silly,, hoping that you will decide to change your evil ways (ie. there are no atheists in foxholes during war).  If this Biblical Plague doesn't phase you, you don't understand this Corona virus plague well enough.  Keep reading.

Here is the information you need on Wuhan 2019-nCoV if you are not a True Christian:

Wuhan Corona Virus History

Starting in City of Wuhan (population 11 million), Hubei Province, China on or about Nov. 15, 2019 people associated with the local wet market (ie. live animal sold for food), causing a serious pneumonia.  Treatment with antibiotics was ineffective, and it was soon determined to be a viral infection from a corona virus previously unknown, subsequently labeled 2019-nCoV.  The disease quickly spread to people outside of those at the wet market, infecting the general population, as well as health care workers caring for the sick.

Previous studies of the SARS outbreak in Toronto Canada showed that allowing health care workers to get infected by isolation patients they were caring for must not be allowed to occur.  If there was more than a 20% chance of health care workers becoming infected, the whole medical system would collapse, and the disease would then be left to run rampant through the population, like wildfire.

PPE (Personal Protective Equipment, such as masks, eye protection, gowns, etc.), their proper use,  and infection control procedures are hard skills to learn, and their effectiveness deteriorates quickly if not routinely practiced every day.  Unfortunately, this appears to be exactly what happened in Wuhan.

There was secrecy &/or coverup of key facts about the disease outbreak, both within and outside of Wuhan, and China.  There are some ongoing reports that the severity, incidence rate (# new case/day), and prevalence rate (cumulative % of population infected) are still being manipulated, minimized, spun, or denied.  The supposed purpose of this coverup is to protect the Chinese Communist Party leaders from blame, to minimize the impact on China's economy, and save face.  Similar coverups were done the Chinese government for the 2002 SARS epidemic, bird flu, Swine flu, pig cholera, etc.  Therefore there is good reason to assume that it's a lot worse than what the official sources are currently saying.

There are now reports from Wuhan of people walking along the street then keeling over in mid step then whisked off by ambulance crews, large rooms full of flu patients on cots who are waiting to die, the new 1,000 bed hospital is nothing but individual isolation jail cells where you wait to die, no more funerals as bodies are immediately cremated, crematoriums running 24/7, people barricaded into their house or apartment by police so that they cannot break the mandatory quarantine, police &/or army shooting on sight if someone tries to escape through Wuhan's quarantine perimeter.

On Dec. 30, 2019 the Chinese government finally admitted they has a serious outbreak of a new virus that was causing serious pneumonia and fatalities.

Once China decided to quarantine Wuhan, they announced their plan publicly well in advance of implementation, allowing 5 million people to escape from Wuhan before the quarantine was implemented.  There are newspaper reports of bribes being paid to escape Wuhan after the quarantine was imposed.

Suddenly recognizing that China was in deep trouble, Chinese research scientists immediately released samples of the virus taken from various patients in Wuhan, sending them to research labs around the world.

So far, there are 47 different genetic samples from Wuhan patients have been taken, and have been analyzed by virology labs around the world, showing the virus has developed 7 levels of genetic mutations so far.  About 99.5% of these 7 mutations are the same, indicating there was one initial source for the virus.  It is similar the 2002 SARS virus, about 80% the same.  In total, there is genetic information from 6 other genetic info contributors, including a significant amount from a corona virus usually found in Chinese bats.

More recently, it was found that there are small pieces encoded inside 2019-nCoV that are identical to the HIV virus.  These HIV sections are only small segments of the whole virus, so there is a possibility that this is mere coincidence

I'm no expert, but I understand that the incorporation of HIV genetic material could have occurred in a HIV patient who had lapse in taking their antiviral HIV drugs, gets a growing HIV viral load, and then picks up the corona virus in their travels, and those 2 viruses share info while inside the host's body, then spreads to others. To me this is more likely than lab based bio-terrorism.

The other possibility is that this Wuhan virus is a bio-weapon, somebody purposely or accidentally made it in a lab, then it escaped (or was purposely thrown) into the wild.

China has recently opened a number of BLS-4 level research labs that study the most deadly bacteria and viruses in the world.  One of these labs is located in Wuhan, where they were studying corona viruses in bats.

A Chinese research scientist, her husband (also a scientist working there), and her students has been working in her lab at the Canadian BLS-4 infectious disease lab in Winnepeg MB.  In July 2019, she and all of her students were suddenly kicked out of the lab for violating lab policies.  They were all stripped of their security clearances, and are currently under an ongoing RCMP police investigation.  There are rumors that someone illegally took (or was in the process of trying to take) samples of the deadliest bacteria &/or viruses.

In the Spring of 2019, Canada's research lab in Winnepeg, MB shared a large number of these deadly virus samples (including Ebola and worse) with Wuhan's lab so that Wuhan could also study them.  Shortly later, this outbreak occurred.  Coincidence?

Some loose allegations, with no supporting evidence other than circumstantial (or coincidences), accusing bio-terrorism have been made against the usual scapegoats.

Since then, these leading virologists have been working night and day to analyze the samples, compare results, and freely share their information.  This has achieved amazing speed and development of knowledge in 2 days which usually took 3 months to achieve in the past.

Based on preliminary data, epidemiologists have constructed a computer model to estimate the number of infections and deaths (Figure 1, click on any image to see it full size).  They estimate 57 million infections, and 1.2 million deaths (white column on left). So far, the actual data reported by official sources (black column on right) is tracking the model very closely.

Lancet reported R0 was 2.2 for 2019-nCoV.  That means the # of people infected will double every 7.4 days.

If R0 is as high as 5.8 as reported by some non-official sources, there will likely be a world-wide pandemic with millions of deaths.

By Jan 2, 2020, 41 admitted hospital patients had been identified as having laboratory-confirmed 2019-nCoV infection. Most of the infected patients were men (30 [73%] of 41); less than half had underlying diseases (13 [32%]), including diabetes (eight [20%]), hypertension (six [15%]), and cardiovascular disease (six [15%]). Median age was 49·0 years (IQR 41·0–58·0). 27 (66%) of 41 patients had been exposed to Huanan seafood market. One family cluster was found. Common symptoms at onset of illness were fever (40 [98%] of 41 patients), cough (31 [76%]), and myalgia or fatigue (18 [44%]); less common symptoms were sputum production (11 [28%] of 39), headache (three [8%] of 38), haemoptysis (two [5%] of 39), and diarrhoea (one [3%] of 38). Dyspnoea developed in 22 (55%) of 40 patients (median time from illness onset to dyspnoea 8·0 days [IQR 5·0–13·0]). 26 (63%) of 41 patients had lymphopenia. All 41 patients had pneumonia with abnormal findings on chest CT. Complications included acute respiratory distress syndrome (12 [29%]), RNAaemia (six [15%]), acute cardiac injury (five [12%])and secondary infection (four [10%]). 13 (32%) patients were admitted to an ICU and six (15%) died. Compared with non-ICU patients, ICU patients had higher plasma levels of IL2, IL7, IL10, GSCF, IP10, MCP1, MIP1A, and TNF?.

Dr. Eric Feigl-Ding ( https://twitter.com/DrEricDing ), a Harvard-trained epidemiologist who taught at the school for 15 years, published his alarming analysis of the coronavirus outbreak on Twitter Saturday, calling the virus "thermonuclear pandemic level bad" and declaring "I really hate to be the epidemiolo...

On 2020-1-31, Wu Zunyou, chief expert in epidemiology at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention ( http://www.chinacdc.cn/en/ ), said that this new type of coronavirus pneumonia is not as severe as we thought. An important indicator we use to measure this disease is mortality. We analyzed the cases of more than 7,000 confirmed patients across the country. We saw that people under the age of 30 did not die, and the mortality rate of people aged 40 to 59 was only 0.2%. Then the death mainly occurred in the elderly (population). So don't worry too much. More deaths occur in patients over 80 years of age, and their mortality rate is higher, about 18%.

As of 24:00 hrs on January 30, the National Health Commission has received a total of 9,692 confirmed cases...with a total of 15,238 suspected cases.

Clinical data in the Lancet journal ( https://www.thelancet.com/ ) claims: 1 in 50 will show no symptoms but have the virus 9,692 / 50 = 193.84 which is within 13% of those claimed to have "recovered", who essentially have no symptoms but tested positive for it, who are likely now contagious (or soon again may become infectious, usually called sequelae episodes) but think they're fine.

China's "recovered" patients likely still have virus as a latent infection, which can reactivate itself at some time in the future, causing the patient to become infectious again, a reservoir host.

Ultimately, if you get infected, you will either die or get better.  Note that China's propaganda stats say 213 dead, 171 Recovered, a  1.24 ratio.  When you're infected, you go into a holding pattern around the airport of live; some run out of fuel, crash & burn & die.  Others land safely. If these two stats are fudged in a similar way for a similar time period, they may indicate that 55.5% of those infected will die, 44.6% will live (alive but likely with life-long health complications).  Time will tell.

In Oct. 2019, Harvard School of Public Health conducted Event 201 as a computer simulation of a corona virus pandemic.  The simulation showed 65 million people killed by the 18th month of the outbreak.  Biblical plague.

How does Wuhan nCoV compare to other Outbreaks?

The 1918 Spanish Flu was a H1N1 virus that infected 500 million people, and likely killed 50 million of them.  If preliminary estimates are correct the 2019 nCoV pandemic of today could be as bad or worse than this historic nightmare.

HIV was discovered as the source of infection for AIDS in 1981.  SIV is believed to have crossed over from monkeys to humans in 1900's, then mutated to HIV over the next 50 years.  Promiscuous sex among homosexuals in USA lead to a world-wide epidemic of HIV.  As of 2018, 75 million people have been infected, 32 million people have already died, and 37.9 million people are currently living with HIV.

In 2002, China also started SARS, which spread throughout SE Asia, and to Canada.  Scientists compare the relative risk of a spreading infection by the R0 (pronounced "R naught") of 1.4 to 1.6 and a fatality rate of 10%.  This meant each person who became infected would in turn infect about 1.5 additional people.  Through huge effort, it was eliminated by 2003 from all humans; hopefully gone for good.  After 17 years of huge investment in $ and time, there is still no vaccine for SARS.  In total, there have been 8,098 cases, resulting in 774 deaths reported in 17 countries, with a 9.6% fatality rate.

In 2009, Swine Flu (H1N1) started in the USA, and soon spread around the would.  R0 was 1.4 to 1.6. Approximately 60.8 million people were infected worldwide, about 300,000 died.

In 2012, MERS invaded the Middle East, and continues to this day.  In 27 countries initially, it continues to linger in 12 Middle East countries today, 2494 people have been infected, with 858 deaths.  Infected camels are the vector or reservoir from which humans continue to get sick.

Lessons Learned from Fighting SARS

Analysis of SARS epidemic in 2002-2003 for Beijing China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Toronto Canada.

This study showed it was essential to (most important listed first):

• Quickly identify an emerging epidemic,
   
• Limit the infectious spread of the disease to health care workers during the isolation period of symptomatic patients (essential to be less than 19% probability of infecting health care workers),
   
• Effective quarantine of all those persons who were likely exposed to a symptomatic person &/or exposed to an asymptomatic person likely exposed to the virus, and
   
• Effective screening of all inter-zone travellers.

While each epidemic is different, computer modeling can help guide and focus our efforts & available resources onto the truly critical issues.

For the Wuhan corona virus pandemic, there must be:

• Quarantine everywhere with no travel, no meetings, no public gatherings, stay in your house.
• Develop the clear quarantine & isolation rules based on science, risk management, and mistake proofing.
• Train everybody what to do, then enforce the rules with no exceptions.
• Constantly search for those who suddenly develop symptoms, then safely move them into isolation.
• Design an isolation systems to protect health care workers, and then deliver humane effective care for those who are ill.
• Keep people truthfully informed while avoiding panic.  Panic is contagious when there is a lack of information and/or a loss of hope or trust.

BLS-4 Pressure Suits Vs. Getting the Right PPE Masks

There has been discussion on Wuhan Corona virus defeating all known protective clothing.

A BLS-4 pressure suit is used in research labs working with bio weapons of war, or the world's deadliest microbes.  You do not need this level of protection.

While objective, verified evidence is needed, I strongly suggest it is operator error, not the PPE which is the root cause of failure, resulting in health care workers in proper PPE getting infected.

Biosecurity does not come naturally, it is a skill that is slowly learned, and quickly forgotten unless regularly practiced.

I have read reports of volunteer health care workers coming to Ebola medical tents, put in an isolation suit, dusted with an invisible powder (a safe stand-in for Ebola) that fluoresces under UV light, then instructed step by step, how to get out of PPE suit without contaminating themselves, checked by a UV light in a dark room.

Time & again, they had the fluorescing powder all over themselves, & their clothes they wore under their isolation suit, indicating total failure. If it was really Ebola, they would likely become infected.

Most learned how to get out safely after many attempts. Others never learned.

For particulate masks, N95 means it stops 95% of particles. N99 stops 99%. P100 means it stops 99.97% of particles in the designated size range. Which one of these do you want for you & your loved ones?

Some masks have an exhaust valve on them to quickly get rid of hot, moist exhaled air when used in industrial settings with hard work, thereby keeping the worker cooler.  This type of masks will release large volumes of droblets out these these quick exhaust valves.  If the person wearing the mask is infected, they will quickly infect everybody around them.  These types of masks are NOT RECOMMENDED.

If you can't find P100, you may be able to get two N99 filters masks to work in series. If you do it right, that has a theoretical capability of stopping 99.99%, calculated by: ( 1-(0.01x0.01))x100 which is essentially equal to a P100.

N95 masks stop particles as small as 0.03 but the corona Virus is 0.02 microns so some viruses will pass through an N95 mask eventually. However the seal between the mask and your face is the most critical point.

Caution: I suggest a correctly used N95 is likely better than two N99 masks cobbled together with duct tape, string, and bubble gum.

 

nCoV coming to an Airport near you

The South China Morning Post reported that 5 million people escaped out of Wuhan before the quarantine was imposed (see article Figure 2).

One man from Canada escaped Wuhan by bribing the guard at the quarantine checkpoint, then flew back to Toronto Canada.  Is he a carrier of the virus?  See Figure 3.

Three plane loads of people from China landed at Toronto International Airport on Jan. 27, 2020 with nothing but one question to screen the passengers (Were you in Wuhan, or do you have a fever?).  Apparently everybody passed the test, and quickly scrambled out of the airport.  Did any of them lie so as to avoid further questions and quarantine?

The Virus is in the Mail

There are millions of postal packets coming in from China and SE Asia, with all the trinkets bought online. Consider anything shipped after Nov. 15, 2019 to have been potentially contaminated (Index Case was Dec 1, less 2 weeks incubation= Nov 15, 2019).

USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL, etc. sorting and delivery personnel are on front line exposure to this potential risk. The personnel working there may soon have higher risk of being infected, so your interactions with them should be carefully considered.

NEJM research published 2020-3-17 found that COVID-29 can remain infectious on cardboard and other surfaces (plastic, stainless steel) for up to 72 hours at 21 deg C and 40% RH, and likely significantly longer at colder temperatures, and either dryer or more humid conditions.

On cruise ship Diamond Princess, decontamination of passanger cabins was started 17 days after passengers left the ship.  Testing found viable infectious COVID-19 on the various surfaces.  Therefore virus can infect for at least 17 days on hard surfaces under some conditions.

Within a few days to a few weeks, regular letter mail may be contaminated.

Suggest you assume your parcels and mail are contaminated from now on, and use appropriate disinfection techniques.

10% bleach solution ( 5 minute soak time), or 3% hydrogen peroxide solution (30 second soak time), or live steam, or UV radiation lamp (exposure time required depends on lamp wavelength intensity, and separation distance) are likely effective for disinfection. A disinfectant must kill 99.99% of the target pathogen (ie. 4 log kill).

Standard household vinegar (undiluted, 5%) for 20 minute soak time has only a 3 to 8.5 log kill, depending on the pathogen. Therefore not recommended.

10% vinegar for 30 minute soak time has a log kill between 6 to 8 for the pathogens tested (likely suitable as a disinfectant, but 10% vinegar is hard to obtain, and 30 minutes soak is a long time, so 10% vinegar is not recommended).

Suggest you have a decontamination station before and away from your home entrance.

Hand Sanitizing

For hand sanitizing, soap and water are best, especially when hands are dirty, have blood or other body fluid or protein present. Be sure to use lots of soap, thorough rubbing, and a nail brush &/or pick to clean under nails and around cuticles.

If hands are clean but need to be disinfected, a 70% to 90% alcohol lotion was proven effective for the SARS Corona virus outbreak, and is likely OK for this virus. Use recommended amount, rub into hands continuously for the recommended time (at least 30 seconds), then air dry.

If you can no longer find hand sanitizer for purchase, be wary of making your own.  Methanol is toxic.  Iso-propyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) is less toxic than methanol, but is poisonous to drink, and can be toxic if sufficient quantities are absorbed through the skin from excessive use, or fumes breathed in.  Denatured alcohol is (or is usually) ethanol that has been rendered toxic, or bad tasting.  This could be by adding foul tasting or smelling organic solvents that are equally poisonous, or bitter substances; none of which are good for you ( ie. You survive COVID-19, but die from hand sanitizer)

Foot & shoe Contamination

Footwear will likely become highly contaminated. Have 1" deep disinfectant bath you can step into, disposible gloves & other PPE to protect while removing contaminated footwear, in-house footwear.

3 Wave Pandemic Model

In many ways, a pandemic is similar to a nuclear bomb blast.

A nuclear bomb blast has 3 stages:

• Initial flash that occurs instantaneously;

• Blast wave that occurs within seconds to minutes after the initial flash;
   
• Nuclear fallout that starts in minutes to hours and lasts 2 weeks or so.

 Anybody fully exposed to any of these 3 stages will likely die.

In Wuhan Corona Virus case, anybody exposed to any of the 3 stages has 5% to 85% chance of dying. 

The initial flash has already occurred (Nov 15, 2019 to Dec. 15, 2019 in Wuhan China), and will likely arrive here locally up to 3 weeks from now (on or about the end of February 2020).  These represent infected individuals who left Wuhan and spread all over the globe.  They will become the index case in their home country.  There is a low probability of running into them and becoming infected.

Blast wave of epidemic will start in 3 weeks or so, and last for 3 weeks to 3 months.  As the index case in each country or region infects those around them, a massive wave of infection is built up, like a blast wave or tsunami, that rolls through that country.

Fallout phase of epidemic will start in 3 weeks to 6 months from now, and last 3 months or so.  This is the lingering effect as the blast wave reflects off more remote areas, to return again to ground already affected, helping ensure a second wave of destruction, then a third, then a fourth, etc.

Prepare Today:  Go Shopping

You need to immediately go shopping to get your necessary supplies before the stores are sold out.

Today's Shopping list (everything you need will no longer be available if you wait too long, so if you delay you will likely die in one of the 3 waves of this pandemic):

1. P100 masks (best), or N100, or HEPA.  Next best is N99.  Third best is N95.  No exhaust valves (or duct take it closed).  Still can't find masks?  You'll have to innovate.  Try large round coffee filters, or feminine light day pads self stick, or double pieces of cloth (worst) sewn into a face mask.  See Figure 4.
    
2. Double sided tape in case you have a leak at a mask edge., taping all edges of face masks &/or clear veils to help seal to your face.
    
3. Mono-goggles, or ski goggles, or swim goggles, or rolls of clear food saran wrap as a veil or face shield, or thin closely woven fabric that you can see through & that can be sewn into front side of head bag (with any cloth on top, sides & back of bag) and worn over entire head like Muslim woman's Hijab.
    
4. 3 month supply of everything you normally buy so there is no need to leave home to shop or meet anybody while 3 waves of infection pass through your community.  If you don't produce your own water by your own well, you may need water in case the public system goes off line.
    
5. 4 gallons of 6% chlorine bleach (or 3% hydrogen peroxide) and spray bottle or garden sprayer to disinfect everything after each use.
    
6. Boot tray to clean and disinfect shoes via 1/2" deep disinfectant liquid to step into.
    
7. Disposable or reusable rubber gloves, or work gloves, or mittens.
    
8. Ear plugs (your ear canal is a mucous membrane, if the virus enters, you could become infected)
    
9. Duct tape or masking tape to seal rips or edges of your PPE.
    
10. Painting drop cloths or garbage bags, or cheap plastic rain ponchos, or roll of house building vapor barrier 6 mil poly that can be cut up as PPE aprons, or room barriers, or clean surface covers, or splash barrier, then quickly removed and disposed.
     
11. 70% alcohol hand sanitizer
     
12. Kitchen catcher plastic bags, large plastic garbage bags for disposal of contaminated waste.
     
13. Two large Rubbermaid totes, one for clean shoes, one for dirty shoes; and a small bench to sit on while you change your footwear.  Put the dirty tote on the street side of the bench, the clean tote on the house side of the bench.  While sitting on bench, remove your footwear, sanitize your hands, then swivel your bum 180 degrees on the bench to face the opposite way, then put on your other set of socks and footwear.  Re-sanitize your hands.  Go about your business.  This reduces your disinfecting & cleaning time; what's dirty, stays dirty; what's clean, stays clean.  You'll never spend the necessary time to get your dirty shoes truly disinfected & clean, so this avoids 99% of the problem.
     
14. Tooth brush, & scrub brushes to clean & disinfect.   DO NOT use a brush until item has been disinfected, as bristles will spray the contamination into the air or onto you, likely infecting you.
     
15. Medical supplies to self-treat if you become infected if hospitals are jammed full or closed or badly contaminated. Infected people have 5% to 25% chance of death if treated with HIV-level of antiviral drugs. Without antivirals, death rate is likely 75% to 85%.

16.   Buy some NSAID's.  Better to have & not use, rather than need and not have.  There is a raging controversy over the safety of using ibuprophen before, during, or after a COVID-19 infection; up to & including certain death.  The drug companies want to protect their product brand and $$$ cash cow, so they likely muddy the waters, similar to 40 years of denials by cigarette companies that it was never proven that cigarettes cause cancer.  This article summarizes the issues:  https://www.healthline.com/health-news/what-to-know-about-ibuprofen-and-covid-19   Tylenol (acetaminophen) is very hard on your liver, especially at maximum doses, especially when COVID-19 is also straining the liver.  Aspirin is therefore the tried & true helper (caution for Reye's Syndrome for toddlers), you may want to half-dose Aspirin and Tylenol so as to stay well away from max. doses.  By treating fever, you may be limiting your autoimmune system which needs a higher temperature to maximize the immune system, and non-optimum conditions for virus replication.  Body temps above 41 deg C are dangerous and needs cooling, so rather than drugs, you can use ice chips, cool cloths, or cold shower.

Avoid Crowds, Avoid Coughs & Sneezes

If you go into crowds, you are going to get infected.  Stay home.  If you have to go out, go at times when there is no crowd.

Bacteria in a cough or sneeze into a room has a half life between 10 seconds to 10 minutes. Some aerosol particles can remain suspended in air currents for at least 45 minutes. Other research has shown that submicron particles (corona virus is 0.02 micron), subject to particle size, gravity, and air currents, can stay airborne for 3 weeks or longer.

Because viruses are not alive, they can possibly remain infectious much longer than bacteria.

Mar. 17, 2020 NEJM research,  update on COVID-19 infectious survival in environment:

in aerosol breathed out:  3 hrs.  This means that there must be a 3 HOUR IN TIME AND 28 ft. SEPARATION IN DISTANCE between you and all other people.

Infected droplets on surfaces at 22 deg C, 40% RH:   72 hrs.

This means that if you enter any area that may have had somebody there in the previous 72 hrs., you should assume all surfaces are contaminated with infectious COVID-19.

Survival at colder temperatures, & dryer or wetter humidity conditions are likely significantly longer.

 Decontaminate your Food Purchases

I suggest the time has arrived to assume any fruits or vegetables that you buy in the grocery store may be contaminated with Wuhan 2019-nCoV virus.

Bringing contaminated food into your house is not a good idea.  Better to decontaminate the food in a special zone away from your house, so you know if you go there, there is likely an infectious virus there.

The washing of raw chicken at a kitchen sink prior to cooking has been carefully studied.  They found that normal, careful washing under running water sent micro droplets of water and E.Coli, Salmonella, Campylobacteur, etc. flying through the air for a 10 to 12 ft. radius around the kitchen sink.  Anything within this circle of death became infected, and could cause disease.

To decontaminate your purchases, make up a fresh disinfectant solution (choose one of the following):

• 10% bleach in water (eg. 1 oz. Of 5% hypochlorite solution + 9 oz. Of water= 10 oz. Total solution, 10% v/v bleach solution).  Note some bleach brands add fabric softner, surface active agents to keep dirt suspended in laundry useage of product, etc., so read label carefully, or

• 3% hydrogen peroxide, or 

• other food grade disinfectant; or

• Wand live steamer.

Both bleach and peroxide are equally effective.  Some people may find one available to buy, but not the other.  Some may be concerned about the use of bleach on food, residual taste, etc.

Roll food around in your hand as you spray disinfectant on food so as to fully saturate the outer peel or rind.  For leafy, layered foods like lettuce, you will have to submerge them fully.  Let them sit in sink for 5 minutes for bleach, 30 seconds for peroxide.  Rinse them off.

Alternatively, you can par boil the food for a few seconds.

They are now edible food.  Decontaminate the sink area and 12 ft. in all directions (microdrop spread zone) so no residual virus contamination remains.

Freezing does not hurt the virus, so frozen food that is contaminated stays infectious.  DO NOT BUY anything grown, or originating, or packaged from SE Asia.  Anything with a processing date after Nov. 1, 2019 is suspect, and not recommended.

Canned goods are likely thermally processed sufficiently to kill corona virus on inside of can, but the outside of the canned goods or jars or boxes could be badly contaminated, and will  need to be decontaminated.  I suggest not buying any food that was not thermally processed if it is eaten raw.

If You Get Sick:   Vomiting &/or Diarrhea

Vomiting or diarrhea can be life threatening, especially for the very young, the very old, and someone already sick.

You may need to act ASAP after symptoms appear. Once it happens twice, a pattern has been established, and that pattern must be stopped ASAP.

You should then seek professional medical help immediately, through your family doctor or nearest hospital. Remember, these symptoms can be life threatening.

If you are unwilling or unable to obtain immediate medical help, the following may assist you staying alive until you can get the proper help you need.

Maintain body fluids (water, ice chips, electrolytes, etc) and pH.

The pH of your blood and your digestive system can be rapidly destroyed by vomiting &/or diarrhea. Your body's pH balance can be aided by consuming raw (unfiltered, unpasteurized) apple cider vineager (a probiotic if raw, with Mother of vinegar), a teaspoon in glass of water. If raw apple cider vinegar isn't available, then regular apple cider vinegar, wine vinegar, white vinegar, citric acid, or plain yogurt.

Get some bentonite clay (Aztec brand for bentonite clay for facial masks, or equivalent, available via Amazon.ca https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00N528HIC/

Put a teaspoon of clay powder in a glass of water, drink. It will help absorb gut toxins, and expands in gut to a jelly, reducing loss of fluids, and stops vomiting & diarrhea.

Probiotic Flu Treatment (before, during, or after)

Instead (or in addition to) bentonite clay (see above), vomiting &/or diarrhea can also be slowed or stopped by probiotic yogurt.

Preferably use only yogurt that has no sugar added, no artificial sweeteners, no fruit added, plain only. Bad bacteria & bad viruses love sugar.  You can make your own in your Quick Pot, stovetop, or oven from fresh milk.  Something is better than nothing.

Start by a small taste on a teaspoon. Once the after taste of yogurt is gone from the mouth (5 to 10 minutes), have some more. Continue dosing more & more each spoonful, and slowly more frequently over next 8 hrs, till a normal bowl of yogurt is consumed. Keep dosing 1 bowl of yogurt each day till symptoms are gone.

Human gut has equivalent surface area to a tennis court. Yogurt and the lactobacillus it contains needs to re-coat entire intestinal surface as a thin biofilm to restore gut health.

How much yogurt will you need to paint a thin coating over the entire tennis court? You likely need to eat an equivalent amount of yogurt eventually, one bowl full per day till well.

If solid foods can be tolerated, boiled white rice and carrots will go like glue in the digestive tract, quickly stopping diarrhea. It adds fibre and bulk, is bland, easily digested, and nutritious. This has saved the life of thousands of babies who were vomiting or had diarrhea.

Avoid getting colds, flu, coronna virus by a Healthy Immune System

1. Avoid stress: stress is #1 at defeating your immune system
    
2. Sleep: Be well rested, go to bed at same time every night, get up at same time every morning, get at least 8 hrs of sleep every night. Pulling an all-nighter (no sleep) can shut down your immune system for up to 3 days. Develop a pre-sleep routine so you get an excellent sleep (eg. No coffee or alcohol or food or screens after certain time, standard activities before bed (reading, personal hygiene, exercise, stretching, total darkness, total quiet or white noise, etc.).  If you plan to survive Wuhan nCoV virus, you need optimum sleep.  USA's CDC reports on impact of sleep:    https://www.cdc.gov/sleep/data_statistics.htm   Adults require at least 7 hrs sleep each 24 hr. period.   Adolescents need 8 to 10 hours sleep each 24 hr. period.  I suggest adults get 8 to 10 hours too.  Those who short sleep have a significantly higher probability of suffering multiple chronic diseases:   150% more likely to suffer a stroke, 83% more COPD, 56.8% more depression, 50% more chronic kidney disease, 41.2% more heart attacks, 40.5% more arthritis, 39.8% more asthma, 38.2% more coronary heart disease,  29.07% more diabetes, and 4.09% more cancer.  (NB:   We don't know if the disease causes &/or contributes to short sleeping, or if short sleeping causes &/or contributes to these diseases; or a combination of effects.  Either way, it is a cautionary tale.)
3. Eat healthy. Digesting carbohydrates produce AGE (Advanced Glycation Endproducts) metabolites, which must be deactivated by vitamins and antioxidants. High carb diets (30% of calories or more) require 10 to 100 times more antioxidants and vitamins to neutralize these free radicals.
    
4. High fat (Omega-3 is best, Omega-6 worse), low carb diet is best. Canola oil, soybean oil, corn oil, etc. are high in bad Omega-6 fats. Commercial meats from feed lots & factory farms are high in bad Omega-6 fats and low in Omega-3 good fats.
    
5. First Nations people pick fresh cedar and spruce needles to make tea, high in Vitamin C and other probiotics; likely fresher &/or more potent than any commercial product in a health food store. Many examples exist.
    
6. Plain unsweetened yogurt is a great probiotic, tablespoon full every day. Make your own at home.
    
7. Grass pastured, free range meats, raised with no drugs, no chemicals, no antibiotics, no hormones is the best for high fat, low carb diets.
    
8. Wash your hands frequently, especially at last stop before returning home, then again as soon as you come home. Keep fingers away from all mucus membranes (ie. eyes, ear canals, nostrils, mouth).
    
9. Avoid foreign food grocery stores, especially SE Asian. Use sanitation towels before using grocery store shopping carts, bag your hand(s) before touching grocery store raw/fresh produce, then invert bag around the produce, seal bag, & place bagged produce in cart (do for all meats too).
    
10. Stay away from crowds, sports stadiums, downtown areas, hospitals, medical doctor offices, day care, public schools, tourism spots, airports, train stations, bus terminals, shopping malls, restaurants. If you have to go, consider non-peak times, and/or using a good P100 or better face mask.
     
11. Get at least 45 minutes of exercise each day (eg. Brisk walk), especially in wooded area. Excellent for mental health & avoiding stress. Limit all sitting to 45 minutes maximum duration (do 10 min. of stand &/or walk before sitting down again).

After patiently reading all of the above, do you still believe it's better to go it alone, trusting in yourself and your fickle luck at surviving?  Wouldn't it be better to trust in God, rather than your luck.

God promises His elect (ie. His True Christians who accepted His offer of being adopted as His Children of God) that 1,000 will fall on their left, 10,000 on their right, but they will not be harmed.

9 Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

Conclusions & Epilogue

The Chinese now call it the "Devil Virus", but Julie Whedbee's most recent prophecy says this is God's End Times Judgement for our sinful ways, and encouraging everybody to come to God in repentance, or suffer their just Judgement.

In a normal day, 2 people die every second of the day, 150,000 per 24 hr. period.  Now add to that 65 million additional deaths from the 2019-nCoV Wuhan virus.
