So far, Christians have patiently waited 1,975 years for this Bible prophecy in 1 Thes. 5:3 to come true.

It is time for true Christians to:
- declare Jesus Christ as your God, LORD, Messiah, Saviour, and friend;
- fear God;
- love God with all your heart, mind, soul, & strength;
- adopt God's definition of sin, as described in the Bible;
- confess & repent all sins;
- hate all sins, especially your favorite sins, just like God hates all sins;
- get all iniquity (ie. wilfull, pre-meditated, or chronic sin) out of your life;
- love all things that God loves;
- have an intimate, lovingly obedient relationship with Jesus Christ;
- pick up your cross on a daily basis, then follow Jesus, by giving your testimony & preaching the Gospel so as to be a fisher of men.

If you do all the above, then God will strengthen you and protect you through the sudden destruction; while non-believers, sinners, and pseudo-Christians (ie. luke-warm Christians and deceived cult followers) soon suffer through without God's protection or strengthening.
I suggest that escape by Pre-Trib. Rapture is non-Biblical; a fantasy created to tickle the ears.
